System Requirements


System requirements for accessing www.furniturereports.com:

 

Browser Requirements:

           

-         Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Click here to download newer version.

 

-         Note: Download times will vary depending on internet traffic and Internet connection speeds. Those using dial-up modem connections could take a few hours to complete this download.

Furniture Reports: In order to access and open Furniture Reports, please check the following.

-         Internet Explorer Security Settings. Click here to verify security settings.

-         Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed. Click here to download latest version.

-         MS Office Excel 2000 or higher is installed.

Enable cookies:

 

Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher

    1. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
    2. Click the Security tab.
    3. Click the Internet zone.
    4. Select a security level other than High. -or-
    5. Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.

Signing In


If you need help signing in, check the following:


Are you having difficulty accessing your account because of a problem with your password?

    1. Your password and/or login cannot contain any spaces.
    2. Your password is case sensitive, so remember which letters you capitalized.
    3. Forgot Password or need Password Reset. Send email to Help Desk

Is Your Internet Explorer Browser 5.5 or higher?

Opening Furniture Reports


If you are having problems opening the Furniture Reports, check the following:

Pop-up Blocker or Personal Firewalls:

-         If you have a Pop-up blocker enabled or a Personal firewall setup and you are having problems accessing www.furniturereports.com. Temporarily disable all Pop-up blockers and Personal firewalls to ensure they are not preventing you from accessing the site or the reports.

 

-         To turn Internet Explore Pop-up Blocker on or off, follow these steps:

 

1.      Open Internet Explorer, and then click Internet Options on the Tools menu to open the Internet Properties dialog box.

2.      Click the Privacy tab, and then do either of the following:

3.      Click to select Block pop-ups to turn Pop-up Blocker on.

4.      Click to clear Block pop-ups to turn Pop-up Blocker off.

 

-         To Enable/Disable Personal Firewall consult your software vendor. (Norton, AVG, Symantec, etc.)

 

Close MS Office Excel and Adobe Acrobat Reader before you open any report.

 

If you open a report in your browser, make sure to close that window before opening another report.

 

If you want to print or re-format an Excel report, be sure to “save” it on your computer instead of “opening” it in the browser.

 

IMPORTANT: Check to make sure you have applied all of the Internet Security changes in order to open the Furniture Reports. Click here to verify Security Settings.
